Same issue here. We got 2 new phones (iPhone XR & XS) through xfinity when we switched. Calls drop all the time, especially when we call other caller is xfinity. Got new SIM cards, that didn’t make a difference. The only thing that seems to work is to shut off the phone & turn it back on but doing that several times a day is really annoying. Xfinity price is great but probably not worth the stress of dropping calls. We will be switching back to AT&T

KLPTC, sorry to hear about your call failure issues. Is this done while using WiFi Calling? Are the calls dropping in all locations you make or receive calls?
