@ComcastKenF, 

 

I signed up for mobile on Nov. 3rd and confirmed I was eligible with customer care for $500 promo. I asked specifically "do I need to do anything?" They said I need to have my mobile for 90 days and then the card will automatically be sent out. It has been the 90 days + and no card. My dad did the same thing and has been a customer for 20+ years and got his card. Please help.

I have the same situation, I ordered the iPhone online and activated my phone in store on Nov 14 and confirmed I was eligible with customer care for $500 promo. I asked specifically "do I need to do anything?" They said I need to have my mobile for 90 days and then the card will automatically be sent out. It has been the 90 days + and no card.
