Problems with Xfinity Mobile $100 iphone BYOD Rebate

I am trying again after unsuccessful attempt last time. I did BYOD on October 14th and so far i cannot see the reward status. It says Cannot find the rewards status. I tried using my street address as well as comcast account number bit it doesn't work. 

 

Can anyone from Xfinity please help me.
