Two weeks ago I brought two brand new iPhone XRs from ATT (phones bought directly from Apple so they were unlocked). The first line ported over with no issues. The second line not so much. Once the phone finished activating the number that is now associated with the phone is NOT the number that I was bringing over from ATT. The issue was escalated to critical on xfinitys end and yet here we are two weeks later and the issue is still not resolved. No one ever calls me back and I’ve been down to the local xfinity store 3 times now for 2-3 hours at a time. I’m extremely frustrated and I don’t know where to go from here? Has anyone else experienced this?
