I added Xfinity Mobile to my long-standing Comcast internet/cable/phone account on 11-2-18. I brought my own iPhone and ported my number. The employee (Shan) at the Xfinity Mobile Store at Bridge Street in Huntsville, AL told me I would receive a $100 Prepaid Visa Reward. No status has ever shown up on the reward web site. I called in January 2019 and was told my reward was "scheduled for delivery on March 9, 2019." Since I had not received it, I called today (3-14-19) and was told I never qualified for a reward! The reward program appears to be a scam to entice customers to subscribe to Xfinity Mobile.
