Porting Issues

I am trying to port my number back to AT&T and keep running into issues. AT&T says Xfinity hasn't approved the port yet and when I call them they say its been approved. Can anyone help?

I’m having the same issue trying to port to TMobile. I just got off the phone with a supervisor who informed me that they are going through changing their billing systems and that they don’t know how long it will take. She even went as far as suggesting that we get a new number - which is completely unacceptable.

I would suggest filing a complaint with the FCC as they take Porting issues rather seriously.
