So I am trying to port from AT&T Prepaid to Xfinity Mobile (XM) and it has been almost 4 weeks and no success.
I have been on 4 conference calls with XM and AT&T and AT&T continues to say they aren't even seeing the port out request from XM. We've restarted multiple times, left SSN and Pin code blank on the port out requests (per AT&T), I've added funds to the prepaid account, a ticket was assigned and escalated to Tier 2 and Tier 3 status with XM, but am getting nowhere.
If anyone has any suggested course of action, I am all ears.
