Two new sim cards arrived on Monday Nov 25, 2019; online activation started the same day at 700pm.
Port numbers from Sprint to Xfinity Mobile.
+ First number was activated on Thursday Nov 28, 2019 at 214pm. (2 days or 67 hours long)
- Second number is still not activated, as of Monday Dec 2, 2019. (6 days or 159 hours...)

Chelsea promised to call me today after 500 pm with the updates on the issue with the second line. Never happened.
I called (888) 936-4968 @702pm MST the guy put me on hold for 46 mintes and finally hung up on me.
Will someone explain what is going on?
