Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE from Xfinity Mobilr

I submitted order Wednesday night and advised the I could not purchase 24 hr delivery option for 15.00$ USD as it was too late and the phone would arrive Friday, Feb. 23. When email generated Thursday afternoon the delivery date is now scheduled for MONDAY...amazing incompetence or blatant outright lie?
