Phone was cancelled

Hi i ordered the $1 phone when it was on sale, i got the email of questions and answered with the answers comcast gave me , after a few days still no phone and now the sale is over.

 

They told me the answers were wrong and that it was cancelled. They were the answers comcast gave me and now they say you can order and try again, i tried to explain that they aren't on sale anymore but they are not listening.

 

Besides the answers are still the same so not sure what would be different.

backlash, if the answers were answered incorrectly, the order will cancel and you'll be able to place a new order after 84 hours. I've seen your private message and I'll respond there.
