Hello, all I am wondering what happened to the phone logs on my account as of two weeks ago I can no longer see phone and text records when I select a billing cycle, THAT IS RIDICULOUS, some customers might not care but some do, you see all the other major carriers give thier customers the option to access thier phone records through paper or paperless billing you guys completely took the past records off without notifications. I guess your trying to save mo way by limiting the data your software holds?????? . I have called numerous times and no customer service can give me an honest complete satisfactory answer to this. I looking first to go back to carriers that allows me access to my past phone records thank you.
