Painful experience with infinity to get unlock my iphone XS

i am an infinity customer - paid for my device in full Appe iphone XS - its been 10 days - tired of calling infinity mobile customer service - seems they dont have a clue how to get unlock code - every rep has its own theory - they opened 3 cases for me and all of them are closed - i had to make internation travel and i am stuck

There are no unlock codes supplied to customers who have iPhones. They are unlocked remotely by the carrier.

Even if you paid for your iPone XS in full, it could take a few months for you to fulfil one of Xfinity Mobile's requirements before your iPhone is eligible for unlock depending on how your billing cycle falls.  I purchased an iPhone XS Max at full price in Mid-October but it won't be eligible to unlock until December 26th.  

 

"You must have completed and paid for at least one full billing cycle of Xfinity Mobile service following the purchase of the device."
