Issue 1: Outgoing Calls from my cell to our Comcast land line show a caller ID with someone else's name along with my cell number. It should show "wireless caller" as name. XFINITY Mobile Customer Service folks have been very professional and courteous in trying to help and resolve issue

Issue 2: All Incoming Calls (including those from Contact list) are showing as “Unknown”; no name no number. Incoming text messages are OK with correct name. Replacing SIM card did not fix.
Easy Fix. "Show Caller ID" for Incoming Calls is a feature/setup managed by Xfinity Mobile. Somehow my cell number had this feature disabled or turned off at XM. THANK YOU XM SUPPORT FOR FIXING THIS. GREAT WORK!
Thanks for the information N_A_S. I don't know why their tech support can't figure this out because you would think they would check that setting. I will call and have the ticket escalated to teir 2 and mention your fix and hopefully it will resolve the problem.
