I ordered 3 LG phones on 1/7/18 with $150 rebate for each and received a rebate of $300 in the mail. I called Comcast on 4/21 and received ticket # 046087598. Janey stated that I should have received $450, not $300 and that I would hear back by 4/22. I have not heard anything back so called again today to follow up only to be passed around and then the line disconnected. I am hoping the forum can help with this situation.
