I can't believe the horrible customer service I've experienced. I've ordered a phone 3x and it keeps getting cancelled for fraud. Or at least, that's what I think is happening b/c I never get any notifications. so I call and call and call and get different answers from different people. The fraud concerns are so crazy and it's clear that there is no indiviudal attention being paid to anything here and that long-term cable customers are not only not valued, but in fact treated much worse than anyone else.
