My device is on payment plan and I want to unlock it because my wife is going abroad. I am ready to pay full due. But cusomer care says they wont do until i completed at least one month in xfinity mobile service. That was really frustrating as even I paid and device is my own, XM is not willing to unlock it. I dont know how will XM survive in super competitive market.

shahulnu, this is correct. Even if you paid for your device in full, you must have one successful bill payment on record before we can unlock the device.
