No auto change on data limits- bad customer service

I have 5 phones on my plan, normally 2 are set for unlimited data usage, but previously, I recieved notifications when nearing Data by the gig vs unlimited plan. Did not happen last month. Tried to ask for 1 phone to be switched after the cycle ended. OF COURSE COMCAST STANDARD POOR SERVICE. Cant do that, you should have paid "better" attention, we have an app for you. Nickling and dimeing customers. Terrible as always.
