I just got the Samsung Galaxy s9 and don't get any notification telling me I have a voice mail. All it says is I have a missed call. My husband bought the Apple s8 and he too has the same problem so we went to an Xfinity store today and got no help. The clerk said to try calling Xfinity mobile tech department. I've done that but so far the rep has no clue why we're not getting notifications. If I understood her correctly, she's looking into it and will call me back.
