No Voicemail Notifications

I no longer receive notification for voicemail. I was told to replace SIM. I did do. Still no notification. I have an S9+. I went through all of the resets with Xfinity Mobile via telephone. Escalated to 2nd tier. Still nothing.

Customer service needs to remove visual voicemail, then add it back. You can always use the manual method of checking your voicemail for the time being.

So far I'm unable to find a cust serv Rep that can do this.

Are you close to a store? Usually the reps in the store have a special number they can call to get assistance. That is what I had to do.

I just got the Samsung Galaxy s9 and don't get any notification telling me I have a voice mail. All it says is I have a missed call. My husband bought the Apple s8 and he too has the same problem so we went to an Xfinity store today and got no help. The clerk said to try calling Xfinity mobile tech department. I've done that but so far the rep has no clue why we're not getting notifications. If I understood her correctly, she's looking into it and will call me back.
