They told me I was approved for 3 lines over and over then they said no just one since I didn’t get both at once then was told I could only order online not in store. Then we’re suppose to open up tickets to tier 2 to correct the error so I could add my daughters line. Gave me a $50 hassle credit which is still not showing up on the hill then apologized too and said it would be resolved in 2 to 3 hours today. After waiting in the store was told no again only one line was approved only 3 on the first day now it’s the fourth day. Long story short was lied to numerous times spoke to a supervisor who had no clue what to do and walked out with no 2nd phone. Why open tickets and drag along someone to spit on them. Will be returning everything from xfinity all equipment!!! Worst customer service and they will do anything to put the customer last. Should have never switched do not do it people it’s a scam and a fraud they just are just plain pathological scammers and liars.
