I called Customer service to see the status of my order and they told me i needed to answer veriication questions and everytime i call they ask if i got an email (NEVER RECEIVED)
answered the questions, pretty sure i got one wrong, found out can cancel order due to incorrect answering.
Went to the Chat option thismorning a worker had told me my order had gone through successfully through the verification and i should be getting a confirmation email, called customer care and they told me that i needed to answer the questions again. WHAT IS GOING ON?
