My Galaxy se10 is like this.. how can i fix it?

Haven't has this particular problem, but have you tried restarting the phone?

Hello Albinosanta, a good step to try would be resetting your "network settings" on your phone. To perform this just go into settings > General management > Reset. Then tap Reset network settings. Please let me know if this helps!

I've also tried that. It does not help.
