Missing order #

I ordered 2 phones and only see one order in Xfinity Mobile. I got an email from XM Tier 2 about the 2nd order. Answered all the questions. Will my two orders ship on time and when will they be delivered?

You need to PM 1 of the XM reps in this forum, KenF or Max, instead of waiting for them to send you a private message.
