You guys or Fed ex lost my return broke phone but you guys are putting it on me. I followed your directions but when it went wrong you are not an honorable stand up company instead your trying to extort the 700 bucks from me. And cut my mobile off until I pay it.

Hello KelliB1, if the phone was shipped back through FedEx and it never arrived to the Xfinity Mobile warehouse then you would have to file a claim with FedEx for the missing package. They will be able to walk you through the ext steps from that point to have your equipment fees paid.
