I received Email regarding recent shipment from Modesto Store with this Email address:

However, format looks very different from previous XM Emails, and links in Email don't work.

I just added a line and got the same set of emails quickly followed by a "real" xfinity email saying basically the same thing. Seem XM is outsourcing their phone orders to a 3rd party drop shipper. No wonder they have no many issues with orders and damaged phones.
