Hello SeaXXBass, I show that our network does support the IPhone 6 Plus. Please send me a private message with your full name, street address, phone number and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me" and we can get started on getting your phone activated.
I've been having the same issue for the last week. I've been into the retail store6 times over the last week. They keep telling me to come back and try again but now they've given up. Still no service and it's an unlocked iPhone 6S on Verizon.
Thats the part of XM I don't understand, if it is an unlocked, not blacklised verzion phone, in any other smartphone universe it should work on CDMA system. What on earth is XM doing to screw this up?
If the iPhone was purchased from Apple, the IMEI cannot be used for XFINITY Mobile BYOD. Only devices from a Carrier (ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint) are eligible.
