I purchased the Samsung S7 back in December 2017 during a promo offered by xfinity. I was supposed to receive a $250 visa card. I have had 3 different phone conversations, 2 online conversations and have sent a formal complaint in via online and have never had any contact from anyone. I was told initially I needed to ahve the service for 90 days which was up approx 6 weeks ago and have yet to have any response.
