I chose to go to the store (so I can get it faster) and I was told they do not issue SIM cards. Came back home and called and this time I was told I _have_ to go into the store. Infinite loop! Please help!
mailorder_va, you can definitely get a replacement sim card from the store--sorry for the run around. We can request one from XFINITY Mobile Tier 2 support. I've seen your private message and will follow up there.
