I can’t track my mobile order

I was asked to provide a copy of my license and utlility bill and my confirmation email said I would be able to track my order. How do I do this?

I wasn't able to track my order until I received the "shipped" email.

Hello RAchelo123, you won't receive a tracking number for your phones until they are shipped. Once the order is finalized and the phones are shipped from the warehouse via Fedex, an email will be generated and sent to you with a tracking number. The time it takes to go from the warehouse to a Fedex carrier can vary depending on the availability of your phone.
