How to escalate if issue isnt resolved after repeated calls,visits ?
I have tried talking to customer care 2 dozen times and have visited showroom too but my mobile number that was accidentally deactivated by customer service agent is still not active. The unavailabiity of number is causing financial losses and lots n lots n lots of issues.
Customer service doesnt log all the cases so no one exept me knows how many times I have called ( possibly because I have to call from google voice ). Call backs isnt common either from Xfinity CC.
How do I escalate to get my number and share my what I been through to the right people ?
