Having trouble porting my number!!!

They can’t seem to find why they are having trouble porting my number from AT&T, all information is correct but it keeps failing and I’m getting the run around now I feel like sending the phone back soon

You should verify that xfinity is licensed for the number, that is a common reason for failing ports and unfortunately is not typically realized by 1st level support.

Even though the fcc says the number belongs to the consumer, the carrier still needs to be licensed for the area code/exchange (based on county I believe) in order to take the number.
