I have been trying for4 days to get a phone number ported. I have spoken to 8 Customer Service Reps and one Manager. My ticket has been escalated to Engineering for 3 days. One Rep told me my ticket was hung on the back burner. Others have said that since it has been escalated there is nothing that they can do. No one seems to be able to tell me how to get in touch with Engineering. Any Ideas for resolving this?
