After 3 weeks of struggle and worst experience by calling customer service i did got my unlock code for S9 lask week and was not correct. I get error "invalid Unlock Code Entered". After talking to customer service about incorrect code, they wanted me try with new request. Submitted multiple requests from last week and none of them returned.
It shouldn't such hard talking to a customer service person. Every time i call them they just give common answer "they do not know the reason" and want me to initiate the new request to get unlock code. Had very very worst customer experience, i don't understand why they can get some reason why it is not working and what is the right step to get new code. Instead of just submitting multiple request of the same.
After talking to a person in xfinity mobile via chat, came know something about unfreeze code and want me to request for both unlock and unfreeze code. Am glad atleast i heard some new term from the person in chat.
I did submitted the request again this morning can this be answered quick?.
