Has issue to activate iphone while porting number from google voice

Got this from website but don't want to wait in line to call this number. Any other way to work out?

Make sure that you unlocked your Google Voice phone number https://www.google.com/voice/unlock  and have set a pin for your google voice 'voicemail box' 

Once you have done that use your google voice phone number as your account number and PIN as your voicemail PIN.  

Try connecting to Xfinity Chat (usually connects quickly) and give them that information.  It sometimes takes 5-7 days for the port to complete.
