Getting frustrated why Xfinitty Mobile wont ship to my billing address
Hello, I'm a snowbird with a service address in Florida and my primary billing address in NJ...Here is my problem I am trying to purchase a new phone via the website. When I get to the checkout process I get a message saying Note: All devices will ship to the XFINITY Internet service address on file.and the ship to address is grayed out making it impossible to complete my $1000 purchase
I understand they are protecting their customers against fraudulent purchases but one would think shipping a device to a billing address would be a safer option rather than a "service address" ? What about account holders that rent out their properties, would the tenants have to receive the phone ??? It just doesn't make sense. I would have to think XM are loosing a lot of sales from people with the same living situation as mine..
Are there any Comcast or Xfinity management monitoring this forum that could help me ?
