I wanted to return a device I just bought on the 15 of May. For whatever reason, it couldn’t be done in the store where I bought it. So for the past 1.5 hours, the rep here in the store has been on the phone, being transferred 6 times and still has no answers! Supposedly it is a fraud issue and there has been tickets created and we have gotten nowhere. Up until today, I was very pleased with Xfinity. Now I am regretting switching.
Update: finally, after 2 days of visiting the store, problem is partially resolved. I’m afraid it will be a nightmare once I get the new device.
