I was told that even though I have been with xfinity mobile and have never had issues with my payments I can't exchange my samsujng galaxy s8 for another cheaper phone. I can't understand because if I'm paying my bill and have heard a million and one times my view is important and customer satisfaction is number 1 yet so can't choose the device I want. Somebody give me advice because I'm ready to just leave xfinity COMPLETELY...
