I received a Tier 2 email to answer verification questions. Am I just supposed to reply to that email? (That's what I did), but haven't heard anything back. Is the email legit? Don't want to lose out on the deal.

Email is legit. Got to wait at least 72 hours for them to reply. If you don't hear from them, contact xfinity mobile support via chat, phone or text. Just give them order # to look up the status of your order.
