I placed an xfinity mobile order on Monday, April 16. On Tuesday, they needed additional verification. I provided and phone shipped on Tuesday. Today, instead of it being delivered, it is showing return to sender. One moment out for delivery, next cancelled and being returned. I have never seen such bad service. I called, they state it was cancelled due to security reasons and I have to order again. Spoke with supervisor who stated same thing. Is this how Xfinity treats their customers? Is there anyone I can talk to that can actually help?
