Has anyone with a disability had any luck with Xfinity for providing reasonable accomodations? I attempted to explain it, but the customer service agents were very rude and demeaning to people with psychiatric issues, almost to the point of abuse. They also violated California's anti-wiretap statutes when an employee was talking with his supervisor and put it on speaker and the person said "We have been recording you." They also downgraded the giftcard because I purchased all the services over the phone, from 500 to 200.
