Credit Check For Phone Replacement - Exisiting Customer
Have had mobile since August 2017. Daughter dropped her phone and cracked the screen on the second day.
We made her suffer with it this past year and a half. Figured we’d get a new phone for her for Easter. Paid hers off at one of your stires today, only to find we can’t get her a new one??? Our credit is better than at the time we started the account.
This shouldn’t be an issue for exisiting customers. We just want to get her a new phone. Haven’t had any issues paying. Maybe we can get her one for Christmas?
