The Identity Protection Service we use alerted us that our mobile phone number may be compromised. After speaking with the service, they said we need to contact our cell phone provider and check with them to see if our number is still in use. We tried calling Comcast, waited an hour on hold, got through but the person was no help. They could not provide us with anything that remotely came close to solving our problem (they wanted to reset our system and reset our browser). I have been trying to find some other way to contact Comcast/Xfinity when I finally came across this.
I am hoping I can get some useful information and assistance here to help me with my issue.
