As of about 4-5 weeks ago, I became an Xfinity Mobile customer. I am signed up with the iphone X and pay as you use plan. When I first recieved my iPhone X I successfully unlocked it with Comcast. I use a 3rd party service for my cell/data (straight talk). I have been using my straight talk sim in the iphone X for about a month now without any issues. However, these last 3 days my straight talk service keeps turning off. I call them they say it is due to Comcast Xfinity restricting use. Please provide clafication on this, as I was never told any restrictions.
Phaseiii, we do not restrict use on other networks using our devices. I would suggest replacing your sim card with straight talk.
