Cant access my account to make changes to my account

Ive made calls fir 6 months they keep saying my account is comprimised. They make me change my password then my account still wont load so they transfwe me. The next person changes my password and transfers me ti someone else. I just want to order a new phone i need this issue fixed im tired of not getting xalos back about this issue

They fixed one issue they said my email was comprimised they fixed that finally. But now they cant get my account app or site to work they said my signal was low. Im a tech so i told him to wait 3 min so i can hook anp up in attic he hung up on me. Im just tired of no resolution and everyone blaming everyone else. I just want to get new cell phone.
