I'm an Xfinity internet customer. I'm trying to transfer to Xfinity mobile now. But I couldn't check out. There is an error that occurs during payment step.

I kept to get the "Oops" error when I tried to check out. It's same credit card I used to pay my monthly xfinity bill.
Now I'm wondering if it's a good idea to transfer to xfinity mobile. Will it have more issues after I port my number into xfinity mobile?
