Cannot checkout for xfinity mobile with "Oops, we had a problem. Please try again."

I'm an Xfinity internet customer.  I'm trying to transfer to Xfinity mobile now. But I couldn't check out.  There is an error that occurs during payment step.  

 
"Oops, we had a problem. Please try again."
 
I know there's not a problem with the credit card. I have even called the credit card company to confirm this.
 
Does anybody else have the same problem? Thanks!

I kept to get the "Oops" error when I tried to check out. It's same credit card I used to pay my monthly xfinity bill.

 

Now I'm wondering if it's a good idea to transfer to xfinity mobile. Will it have more issues after I port my number into xfinity mobile?

Its hit or miss. Normally this means your failing Xfinity internal credit check. <br>If you read through the forums there are load after load of us had have having and will have issues. I got out. I went to verizon after my devices where paid off. I was 100% current. My account was paid up. I left out before the end of the cycle owing a 0 dollar balance. Been with my new comp now 3 weeks. I got a bill yesterday for 1.75 I told them to chalk that. Im not paying it take me for collections. They claim my account is cancelled but i can still log on. Still being billed taxes and surcharges.

Just to update: I called 1-888-936-4968 and the CSR got the order done.
