Can’t find the awards website

I have been calling for days and no one being able to help me. I have had my phone for the amount of time it say I’m suppose to be nothing. Y’all need to make it me easy for the customers to access the website

Click "Status Lookup" for a page where you can enter either your Xfinity/Comcast account number OR your phone number, address, and zip code associated with your account. Assuming there are no issues, it is supposed to show your current status. If it does not, they offer you a phone number to speak with a live agent (only during certain times and days, of course). Best of luck!
