Click "Status Lookup" for a page where you can enter either your Xfinity/Comcast account number OR your phone number, address, and zip code associated with your account. Assuming there are no issues, it is supposed to show your current status. If it does not, they offer you a phone number to speak with a live agent (only during certain times and days, of course).
