Broke my phone

Broke my phone

I dropped my phone and a repair shop is unable to repair it.  LG says they can't either, as it is not able to be requested through their repair form (X charge).  What should I do at this point to get a new phone?  I can't call, as my phone is broken.

daichovo, if you did not get insurance with your purchase, you can get a new device on an existing line of service.
