For the last 3 months I have been dealing with xfinty mobile over my phone bill.When the account was first started they put both phones on different plans so of course one line had a lot of overages long story short they want me to pay even more to get the phones back on.They won’t fix my account because they said I have to many credits,but I didn’t make the mistake and I’m not going to keep forking money over for something I didn’t do.Im going to get a lawyer I haven’t talked to corporate yet but that will be the next if I don’t talk to someone higher up to fix my account.
