I cannot enable personal hotspot on a unlocked BYOD iphone 7 plus. Getting a popup to visit http://xfinitymobile.com/support. I thought this issue was fixed? Tried calling support about 7 times yesterday & keep getting different answers but none of them are working. I tried asking support to "reset my SIM card features" but they don't know what that is. Just reading some of the forum post here and @ComcastKenF looks like the person who's resolving hotspot issues on iphone. Hoping he can do his magic. Thanks!
Update: The problem was resolved, had to talk to someone in tier 2 support who enabled hotspot features on the backend for iPhone.
