I have an iPhone 7 Plus BYOD. It is the Apple Unlocked Version (not carrier specific). After 5+ calls to Xfinity support, I am still unable to use visual voicemail. My device simply has the small gray box that says "call voicemail". Support claims they have verified all settings and reprovisioned the voicemail, however, after 2-3 attempts, still nothing. Service is not acceptable without this feature to me. Any help is much appreciated.
